What does project documentation include?

All family house, garage, and carport project documentation includes:

Architectural study:

• Furnished floor plans
• Views

Architectural part of the selected family house:

• Basic technical details for the project
• Foundation drawings in scale 1:50
• Floor plans in scale 1:50
• Cross section drawings in scale 1:50
• Roof frame drawing or roof floor plan in scale 1:50
• Views in scale 1:100
• Lists of floors
• Lists of windows and doors

When purchasing project documentation, you receive electronic documents in *.pdf or *.dwg (drawing documentation) format. These files will be sent to you to the email address you provide when ordering.

The standard delivery time is specified for every family house.

As different standards and legislation apply in each country, you will need to have your project documentation completed by a local designer or construction company in accordance with applicable local regulations and per your own needs and expectations.

Project documentation does not include:

• The project is delivered without any stamps or certifications on the part of the designer
• Structural engineering project
• Heating project
• Gas installation project
• Sanitary installation project
• Energy efficiency project
• Fire protection project
• Placement of the structure on the plot
• and other specific documents required in your region

Licence

                By purchasing our project documentation, you will obtain a licence to build only one family house. Licences are non-transferable and may not be resold or distributed.
