The two-storey family house Trend 297 will satisfy the requirements of anyone who requires sufficient privacy. Like many other house projects from Prodom, this bunk house project is divided into day and night parts.

Upon entering the house, you will find yourself in a spacious hallway that can accommodate hangers, a shoe cabinet or a built-in wardrobe. From the hallway, you pass into a room with an en-suite bathroom that can be arranged as a study, children's or guest room. There is also a separate toilet adjacent to the entrance to the house. The hallway is separated from the communal area of the house by a sliding door with a case opening.

The spacious lounge area of the house

The dominant feature of the living room is the fireplace, which also serves as a visual separation between the kitchen and the living room.
